This leading care provider are keen to recruit a clinically qualified, Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager within this North London based care service in Camden, London - which provides nursing & dementia care.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is already perhaps a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse within a nursing home currently, or previous nursing home experience. You will of course have the experience and expertise to oversea the nursingand care team, support and motivate the busy professionals within the service whilst supporting the Home Manager with all clinical matters where required.
Its a great opportunity for a fully qualified Nurse who has experience of supporting elderly residents, who is able to demonstrate and work with a person centred approach.
**Essentials**
- You must be a qualified Nurse (NMC Registered/UK Pin No)
- You will have experience as a Deputy, or perhaps a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse within a large nursing home
- You will have the experience and expertise to lead a busy clinical team, including rota's, training, development and reviews.
- Supporting a busy Home Manager, you will have the ability and confidence to support and manage the home when the Home Manager is away.
