Job Description - SEO, Content and Campaign Co-Ordinator

**WHO WE ARE**:
Oilfast are the fastest growing and now one of the largest fuel distributors in Scotland. In 9 years, we have grown to a level where we have 9 depots across the UK (mostly in Scotland) and a large fleet of tankers and flatbeds delivering diesel, gas oil, home heating oil, lubricants, AdBlue®, gas bottles and fuel tanks out of those depots to a range of agricultural, commercial and domestic customers. We also sell fuel cards, vehicle tracking and mobile phones for businesses. This role will be based at our Head Office in Motherwell, with the ability to work from home.

**RESPONSIBLE TO: Marketing Manager**

**ROLE SUMMARY**:
The role involves helping to co-ordinating all digital marketing, reporting on the results, offering guidance on how to improve engagement and lead generation.

The SEO, Content and Campaign role is a role which requires great attention to detail along with organisation and team leadership skills**.**

**KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Google Analytics & reporting.
- SEO - Spot issues, make improvements on new and existing content.
- Campaign budgeting
- Database management.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**:

- **Campaigns**: Helping the Marketing Manager to update & implement our marketing activity plan across all brands
- Co-ordinate with the team to ensure that campaigns are built in advance in order to implement in accordance with the schedule.
- Create the written content for the campaigns
- Co-ordinate with the Graphic Designer to ensure that all graphic elements are made in time
- Work with the Digital Marketing Assistant to build the campaigns/automations in Click Dimensions
- Work with the Marketing Manager to provide the data for the campaign
- **Reporting**: Assist the marketing team and wider management to understand marketing results, distributing reports as required.
- Produce monthly reporting to include website traffic, number of leads and calls generated by brand
- Record marketing costs
- Help to maintain and improve cost per lead.
- **Content**:Create and post regular web-based content, as per agreed schedule for all brands
- Create new content for website as required.

- Co-ordinate with the Graphic Designer for any images required.
- Work with the Social Media Co-Ordinator to ensure that all content is shared affectively on social media.
- **SEO**:Ensure that our websites, are performing to generate the required traffic and leads to meet and surpass targets.
- Monitor websites continually using tools such as Semrush and make appropriate changes to improve visibility and performance
- Help the team to ensure that digital content is engaging, relevant and up to date
- Highlight areas on our website that need to be improved to ensure best possible visibility to our customers and prospective customers.
