**Business Process Auditor**
Milestone Infrastructure is currently looking to recruit a Business Process Auditor to work on our Highways Services contract in Oxfordshire.
As the Business Process Auditor you will be part of our Contract Performance Office (CPO) Team who are responsible for Quality, Performance, Governance, Programme and Scheduling on the Contract.
**As the Business Process Auditor your duties & responsibilities will be**:
- Co-ordinate the internal audit programme and use results to improve systems and compliance.
- Undertake process and compliance audits
- Co-ordinate the Contract Auditing Team (including organising training and shadowing activities)
- Undertake Health, Safety and Environment Inspections
- Manage the Contract Business Management system - review and continual improvement of Contract Business Processes
- Support the development of processes, guidance notes and other forms of documentation
- Supporting the Contract Operational Performance Indicator data collection and compliance process
- Prepare and report Quality metrics to senior management
- Coordinate and collate data for various contract metrics (Innovation Group, Cost of Poor Quality, Inspection Test Plans etc)
- Support CPO initiatives to deliver continuous improvement activity
- Continually managing an updating process documents
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Qualification
- Experience of Auditing
- Experience of Business Management Systems
- Methodical approach
- Attention for detail
- Communicate effectively across internal teams and Client organisation
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
**Additional Information**:
- Ideally degree qualified in a technical discipline
- 3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Driving Licence essential
- Required to travel between 3 main contract locations (Oxford, Drayton & Deddington)

**Additional Information**
The position is based in our co-located office in County Hall in Oxford city centre. We work out of a lively, vibrant workplace in a central location with access to fantastic amenities and public open space. Oxford city centre is well connected to the public transport network including long-established park & ride facilities around the city.
The Highways Contract is responsible for delivering highway maintenance activities for Oxfordshire County Council across 4600 miles of road, 3200 miles of footway including 50,000 signs and bollards.
We are currently operating a ‘hybrid working’ arrangement to gain the benefits of face-to-face interaction for part of the week, combined with home-working for the rest of the week to help contribute to a good work-life balance. We have a team culture and IT systems to allow us to still work collaboratively and flexibly, and integrate new starters into the team.
