Business Support Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide efficient administrative support to the team and be able to use knowledge and expertise to improve administrative processes.
- General bookkeeping/accounting, account reconciliation, producing invoices, recording payments, creating new supplier and customer records
- Liaise with customers/suppliers re
- enquiries, orders etc.
- Ordering office supplies and other materials
- General filing
- Preparing orders for shipment using couriers for both national and international orders (basic knowledge of import/export would be advantageous.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Excellent organisational & communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Kashflow or similar accounting software is essential
- Some experience in marketing using social media would be advantageous
- Experience in CRM systems would be advantageous
- Experience in ISO 9001 would also be advantageous
Own transport is necessary due to location.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
