**Hours: Full time, 36 hours**
**Salary/Benefits: £350 - £550 / day

**Role Details - HR Change Manager**
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Change Manager to join a renowned organisation on a 4-month Fixed Term Contract.
The HR Change Manager will be responsible for providing support and resources to all change programmes and to individual managers to ensure change is successfully delivered. You will ensure all people and employment law matters are considered and managedwithin the programme, mitigating risk where possible.
**Key responsibilities of the HR Change Manager**:
- Support a number of change processes as tasked by the Senior HR Change Manager, rapidly responding and flexing across a number of programmes or projects in response to organisational need and priorities.
- Act as an internal HR Consultant to the business; overseeing the end to end HR elements of organisational programmes or projects;
- Identify and articulate HR related risks and implications at design/ business case development stage of a change process ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice:
- Design and implement HR plans to achieve the required change/restructure;
- Facilitate consultation and communication with Trade Unions and Staff Associations regarding HR implications on staff change processes.
- Prepare structured briefing notes as required for the project or programme leads.
- Build effective relationships with change leads across the organisation
- Design and implement selection activity following a change process.
- Prepare communications for staff and officers affected by change including FAQ's, letters and Intranet messages.
- Working closely with the Career Transition Service to ensure that displaced staff are effectively managed and supported post displacement.
- Engage with stakeholders to develop a change strategy in collaboration
- Keep up to date with new and emerging case law which may impact on new or current change programmes
**Key skills required of the HR Change Manager**:
- An excellent understanding of and the ability to articulate the HR impacts relating to change;
- A professional level knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment legislation;
- Leadership skills - supporting, shaping and driving HR change activity
- A proven record of working on change programmes involving significant and structural change;
