Kingswood Group Recruitment are working with a well known not for profit to recruit an HR Change Manager on an initial 6 month contract to work closely with the HR Director on a high profile change programme in the UK organisation.

Other key skills and experience required includes:

- Recent experience in restructuring and consultation
- An understanding and experience of managing cultural change
- Experience in job design and profiling
- Excellent relationship building and change management experience
- Excellent communications and stakeholder engagement skills

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a key change project where your role will play a pivotal part in delivering a successful outcome to the organisation and those impacted by the change programme. The role is to start ASAP, it can be worked ona fixed term contract salary or day rate and offers flexible/hybrid working in a Central London location.
