Are you a data-savvy investigator with a desire for fair play? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to lead the fight against ticket misuse and fraud.
**In this role, you will**:
- Analyse large datasets to spot suspicious activity
- Lead investigations into ticketing breaches
- Manage sanctions and appeals from start to finish
- Work matchdays with a dedicated team, handling live incidents
You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our ticketing terms and conditions are upheld with integrity and precision and play a key role in ensuring tickets are used fairly and in line with our terms and conditions—helping to protect the matchday experience for all supporters.
What we are looking for
**You will have**:
- Proven experience in analysing large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential data with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, able to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
