**Customer Service Co-ordinator**
- Reporting into - _Customer Service Manager_
- Salary - £23-£25k depending upon experience _
**About the role**
The focus is to deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment to delight our customers, grow our business and contribute towards achieving and exceeding our goals and targets. The Customer Services Co-ordinator will be the primary internal point of contact for a defined customer base, working in an office environment with our friendly team and supporting both the internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.
You will be able to process new and repeat customer orders, customer invoicing, request transport and create new product setups in line with service level agreements.
**About you**
**_Minimum Requirements:_**
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Competent at multi-tasking
- Able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
**_Preferred Requirements:_**
- Experience with using integrated business system
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
