Job Title: Barista

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Barista and be a part of creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and recommending menu items
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Willingness to learn and help out in various tasks as needed
