An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hotel receptionist at Airth Castle Hotel.

At reception you are the first and last person our guests see, you set the tone for the visit and are at the centre of all guest relations.

We are looking for that someone who will go above and beyond for our guests, always ensuring that the customer service experience is to the highest standards.

**The role**
- Carry out the full check in and check out processes in a seamless manner.
- Undertake Front of House duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
- Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
- Administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner.

**The Person**

We are looking for someone with a positive, friendly attitude who take pride in their work and is always looking to excel in their role. Must be passionate and dedicated with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.

**Previous experience as a hotel receptionist is required.**
