Our client a global dynamic scaling commercial business is seeking an experienced, inspiring,creative, strategic accomplished Learning Business Partner to lead a high performing team of L & D talent
You will define and deliver an insightful learning and development plan that balances learning’s ambitions with the strategic goals of their business.
**The Role;**
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience;**
Commercial and effective L&D / OD strategy experience
The ability to work collaboratively, inspire and consult effectively
Proven team leadership and management skills and ability to create a high performing, motivating, supportive and collaborative team environment.
Experience or exposure to project management principles.
You will ideally have similar experience, gained within an ambiguous global matrix business
Team management - experience of developing capability of colleagues
Solid strategic experience of working in a fast paced environment
Budgeting and key cost management
Experience of analysing data to inform decisions and use metrics to evaluate the success
Proven ability to build and maintain relationship with a diverse range of stakeholders
Grad calibre/relevant work experience
