Our client, based in Trafford Park, has an opportunity for a confident administrator to join their Client Services team. Reporting to the Client Services Team Manager you will provide a first class service, supporting the client through their experience and be the communication link between clients, sales, field and operational staff.

**Duties include:

- **
- Liaise with clients and staff over any issues raised pre and post installation
- Assume ownership of all projects ensuring a keen eye for detail
- Ensure correct processing of orders in accordance with the departmental systems
- Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to all clients
- Keep the internal system updated, logging all calls
- Keep office and field staff informed on all key matters

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised in a team environment
- Ability to identify and resolve any client issues
- Commit to a complete understanding of overall office operations
- Report all incidents affecting the schedule and/or office procedures to the Client Services Manager as they occur
- Demonstrate the ability to perform any duties requested by the Client Services Manager within employee capabilities
