We are looking for a Property Management Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our team You will be providing maternity cover across the property management teams with a principle focus on maintenance issues and repairs as well as dealing with emergencies in an effective and efficient manner. You will need to be detail oriented, dependable and confident in your abilities.

**Location** - Chapelworth House, Chapel Road
**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

**Responsibilities & duties**
- Logging maintenance and repairs on the electronic systems
- Ringing and assessing quotes
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Progressing work through to completion / closing down on the system
- Approving invoices
- Carrying out any ad-hoc Administrative tasks assigned
- Assisting with Key collection arrangements (get keys ready for collection ahead of contractor visits)

- Highly organised
- Positive and professional
- Experience in Fixflo would be beneficial
