Vacancy: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Worthing, BN11

Salary: £25k - £35k (DOE and qualifications)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proficient Property Manager, to join a strong local independent Estate and Lettings agent based in Worthing.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience within the Residential Property Management sector and be able to work to deadlines and under pressure. The perfect candidate will be highly organised, personable and possess excellent customer service skills. You will enjoy on the spot problem solving and be capable of building excellent working relationships with Tenants, Landlords and contractors as well as the rest of the Lettings team.

In return, the company is offering a highly competitive salary negotiable, depending on experience.

Skills required for this Property Manager – Residential Lettings role will include:

Previous experience in Property Management Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures Demonstrate a professional approach to customer serviceAbility to develop and maintain relationshipsExcellent telephone mannersHave superb organizational skills and be able to prioritize workloadBe able to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesHave a full UK driving licenseHave some knowledge of the Worthing area
