Job Title: BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER – Property Management

Location: Worthing, BN11

Salary: £30k - £35k per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client, a thriving independent property management company in West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join their friendly Worthing office.

This pivotal role requires managing a substantial portfolio and liaising closely with landlords, leaseholders, and contractors so previous experience is essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Manage residential block portfolios, including administration of Section 20 Notices
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance activities
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and management accounts
  • Liaise regularly with clients, leaseholders, contractors, and residents' associations
  • Attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other client meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships
  • Carry out general office administration and workload prioritisation 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in Block Property Management is essential
  • Experience with Section 20 Notice administration
  • ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification preferable but not essential
  • High-level customer service and communication skills
  • Calm and considered approach under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confident team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Commitment to ongoing training and staying current with legislation
  • Full UK driving licence and car ownership
