This is an exciting and rewarding new role which will play a pivotal part in the growth of the company. We are seeking a head of marketing to improve our brand awareness and promote the successes achieved in the UK market to the rest of the world. As the Head of Marketing you will guide the board and develop the marketing strategy of the company and support the achievement of the company goals. On a day-to-day basis you will be collaborating with the sales team to support the achievement of commercial targets.

**THE COMPANY**:
Energist supplies high quality products to the medical and aesthetic treatment sectors via a worldwide network of distributors. Its products are largely electro-mechanical in nature and are assembled both in-house, at its Swansea manufacturing facility, and by specialist sub-contractors based in the locality.

As a registered medical device manufacturer, Energist maintains a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 13485, FDA CFR 21 and UKCA.

**THE ROLE**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan**:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Define marketing objectives and strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Create a comprehensive marketing plan, including budgets, timelines, and metrics for success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

**Brand management and positioning**:

- Develop a strong brand identity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Manage public relations activities and cultivate relationships with media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and maintain the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.

**Lead marketing campaigns**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our medical and aesthetics services and products.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and support their efforts.

**Digital marketing and online presence**:

- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Optimise the company's website for user experience, lead generation, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse website and social media analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Team management and development**:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing marketing team culture.
- Identify training and development needs and provide resources and opportunities for professional growth.

**Distributor Engagement**:

- Support and develop strong working relationships with distributors to ensure our brand is represented consistency across the globe and create an efficient two-way flow of marketing collateral and activities

**Influence clinical and product development plan**:

- Contribute to the clinical and product development plans based on market knowledge, trends and customer requirements

**KOL Engagement**:

- Support and develop strong working relationships with KOL to maximise ROI from the collaboration.

**ADDITIONAL TASKS**:

- Ad-hoc duties may be required

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). CIM Advantageous
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Head of Marketing or similar role in the medical aesthetics industry with international presence.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry, including products, treatments, and regulatory considerations
