Are you looking for a new role as a Marketing Assistant with experience in B2C product or consumer marketing, preferably in beauty?
- Work with the design team, creative agencies and local markets to develop creative assets in line with brand strategy and guidelines
- Assist social media manager with social media content: Creating, scheduling and posting media content across social platforms.
- Assist with the collation and data analysis and write up clinical, technical and brand claims for medical and non-medical markets.
- Provide ongoing competitive analysis across key markets.
- Develop sales assets such as sales decks, training guides, competitive charts, product fact sheets etc.
- Run marketing user trials, managing participants input, feedback analysis and UCG asset development.
- Write and proofread copy, e.g. blog posts, product copy, etc.
- Manage award submissions.
- Encourage other departments in the organisation to take part in social media activity.
- Support the marketing team in all day-to-day marketing responsibilities.

You will have a relevant degree, or have proven experience within a similar role, with excellent copy writing skills and good understanding of the marketing mix and modern marketing platforms. Good organisational skills are essential as well as an eye for details and interest in the beauty industry. You must be proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with Canva, InDesign and PhotoShop, with the ability to manage creative teams / agencies and deliver collateral and campaigns in a timely manner. Video editing skills would be advantageous. You will need a creative mind and a head for business, as well as a can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of projects simultaneously.

This role is offered on the basis of working from home (Swansea or London based essential) so you must be able to work remotely as part of a cross-functional team. You must also be able to travel to our Swansea Head Office at least once a month.
