As one of Wales’ largest independent Travel Agent’s with 14 branches whilst continuing to grow, we are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo of the marketing world and take the travel industry by storm.

We are a small but established business in the Swansea area with branches spanning from Carmarthen to Blackwood. You will be free to develop our business by thinking outside the box but a passion for travel is paramount

Your role will involve working closely with the Head of Retail and the forward-thinking graphics team within the Travel House and assist with all aspects of a new and innovative marketing plan which will be used as a tool to support the growth of new and existing suppliers within the industry.

**Key Tasks**:

- Develop a new and exciting marketing plan.
- To learn and understand objectives for marketing plans and work to budgets and deadlines.
- Boost brand awareness and customer attraction.
- To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Recognise where development is needed, and form plans to support social media skills and confidence with sales staff.
- Attending and planning events which are sometimes outside working hours.
- To run data analysis from social medial posts and campaigns.
- To ensure that promotional and marketing materials are up to date with the required records in place.
- Manage marketing databases and customer distribution in line with GDPR guidelines.
- Liaising with the team to ensure workloads are completed by planning and prioritising.
- Be aware of targets both individual and departmental.
- Identification of trends and patterns within the sector.
- Competitor analysis of high street and online retail agents.
- Operate in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, as stated in your Terms and Conditions of Employment, this includes the Employee Handbook.
