**Palliative and End-of-Life Care**: Provide palliative and end-of-life care, offering comfort and support to patients and their families during challenging times. Overall, the role of a home visiting paramedic in primary care contributes to improving access to healthcare, reducing hospital admissions, enhancing patient outcomes and promoting wellness within the community.
