Hours for the role are 40 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7. Shifts are 8 hours long - can be early, can be late. 7.30am - 3.30pm or 3 - 11.30pm.

This role is very important front of house role. You should be a people person who wants to develop a career in prestigious 5 star hotel.

We will be initially interviewing via zoom

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Buggy transfers

Parking clients cars

provide a shuttle service to clients within a 5 mile radius

Load and unload all guests luggage

Maintain a clean and orderly driveway

Key holder for visitors vehicles

Keep accurate records of luggage in and out of hotel

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact
- Knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions is a plus

**Salary**: From £21,673.00 per year
