RPS Energy has an opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide administration support for the management team, working under the direction of the team’s Director. In this role, you will provide vital, pro-active and varied support to a busy management team.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Diary management to include arranging meetings and town halls, including agenda preparation and distribution of information and minute-taking.
- Travel and accommodation booking requirements for the team
Create and/or format and printing of documents and presentations
- IMS administration and document organisation
- Filing maintenance of paperwork and computer-based information
- Ordering of stationery and equipment
- Supporting other Administrators as required

**Who we’re looking for**
- The role will suit someone who has the ability to be proactive and solutions-orientated.
- You will display a high level of initiative in following and/or interpreting instructions to achieve a positive result whilst retaining a professional and positive attitude all the time maintaining confidentiality
- We expect the role holder to bring strong administration and coordination experience with prior experience of booking business travel and accommodation
- Intermediate level competency in MS Office suite of products including Office 365 is a requirement
- You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise workloads, multi-task and maintain high quality output/s
- It is expected that you will have a good attention to detail including sound numerical skills and be a strong communicator.
- You will be confident to build and maintain strong working relationships and demonstrate a customer-centric attitude and an explicit understanding that there are external and internal clients
