If you are looking for a dynamic role in a small and friendly office the role of Technical Administrator could be for you.
Ideally you should have a technical background with experience in accounts and software, although this isn’t essential if you are the right person for us.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Produce financial and written reports to distribute across the company, utilising data to hand
- Rewriting and distributing contracts for customers to sign
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Maintain and update office records and company databases
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and meeting agendas for staff
- Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date
- Manage company vehicles
- Review overheads and look for ways to reduce
- Check office remains presentable and ensure standards are maintained
- There will be a variety of other tasks for you to work on independently and with the rest of the team, once you are confident in your role.
**About you**:
- We are an IT company so you must be proficient in basic computer systems such as Microsoft Office, and be quick to understand the other systems we use
- You should have an understanding of company finances and documentation
- Have exceptional organisational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to manage your own time and prioritise tasks effectively
- Have a good phone etiquette and be confident in communicating to internal and external stakeholders
This role is varied and there will be the chance to take on more responsibility if progression is what you are looking for, you can think of this role as the first step on your AlphaLogix career ladder.
