**The Role**:
As a supply chain assistant, you will manage customer queries, process purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. You'll maintain inventory records, handle supply chain data, and collaborate with internal teams to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who excels in multitasking, possesses strong organisational and analytical skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment where collaboration and effective communication are key to meeting customer demand.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the coordination of supply chain activities such as procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
- Communicating with suppliers to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using appropriate software systems.
- Assisting in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, production, and finance to coordinate activities and meet customer demand.
