**The Complaints Administrator role**:
While you will need to take the odd inbound call, this role is predominantly administration based. Your daily duties as a Complaints Administrator will include:
- Explaining processes and products
- Effective communication both spoken and written
- Attention to detail ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Following all internal processes accurately
- Achieving all targets including productivity and quality targets
- Always looking for opportunities to make things better and providing feedback on things that may improve our customers experiences
**The client**:
Our client is a leading broadband company based in the UK. They partner with some of the largest businesses globally and they are expanding at a rapid pace. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand on their existing complaints administration team.
Our client has state of the art offices based in Salford Quays, right on the water with great transport links and an on site car park.
**Complaints Administrator role details**:
- Basic salary £22,770 (pro rata)
- 4 month temporary contract
- Office based in Salford Quays
- Full training provided
**The successful Complaints Administrator will have**:
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Positive attitude
- Genuine care for their customers, taking real pride in their job.
- Confident in working in a fast paced environment
