Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior ERP Consultant to join our team in our Stockton office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gain a full understanding of our ERP Software Solutions
- Gain a full understanding of our ERP Implementation process Including Accounts
- Work with customers daily to successfully deliver & implement our ERP Software Solutions
- Deliver standard user training to customers implementing ERP
- Provide remote & onsite customer training as and when required
- Provide customer feedback to continuously improve our Software Products

**Required Skills**:

- Basic business process knowledge (Enquiry through to Invoice and accounts functions)
- Understanding of what an ERP system is, its purpose in integrating and streamlining various business processes, and its role in enhancing operational efficiency.
- A good level of IT skills (sound user of Outlook, Excel) and a self-starter when finding your way around new software products.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any time.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels

- A hard-working, can-do attitude
- Driving licence essential, ideally with own car initially (fuel & mileage will be reimbursed)

**Desired Skills**
- Knowledge of Manufacturing / Engineering
- An understanding of MRP and/or ERP software
- Knowledge of Accounts (Highly advantageous)

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
