Japanese-speaking Sales Executive

A London City-based IT company is currently recruiting a Sales Executive. You will be responsible for proposing to the clients to expand the markets.

Native level of English and business level of Japanese will be required for this role.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time

**WORKING HOURS**: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday

**SALARY**: negotiable - (depending on your experience) + good benefits

**START**: ASAP

**LOCATION**: London (Hybrid work style)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Suggest and provide IT services including DX (Digital Transformation) to improve or solve various customer pain points
- Explore various industries and clients to build communication
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Develop client’s budgets and make sales plans
- Negotiating and agreeing on contract details
- Ensure that the clients receive high level of sales and operational customer service
- Communicates regularly with clients
- Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- About 2-3 years of sales experience would be advantageous
- Some knowledge and understanding of IT terminologies
- Able to go to business trips/meetings if necessary
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships with the customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
- Experience working with clients, collaborating with the teams, leading IT project implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with multicultural environment
- Native level of English and business level of Japanese
