**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- Providing administrative support to the team, B2B customer service, and contributing to increase revenue.
- Administrative support to produce contracts and Ticketing instructions
- Handling and pricing request of group and allocation bookings including communication with agents and HQ
- Updating and maintaining distribution lists
- Providing administrative assistance as required
- The job holder will have daily contact with travel agents and corporate clients.

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Mother tongue standard Japanese both written and spoken
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of GDSs and ticketing essential
- Knowledge of ATPCO Fare manager is desirable
- Customer service driven and attention to details
- Have a UK work permission

**Job status**: Permanent, Full-time
**Start date**: ASAP
**Working hours**:37.5 hours/w

**Work style (Onsite or hybrid): non-contractual at the moment (2-3 days per week) + help with commuting cost from September**
