We’re on the hunt for a **Team Leader** to join our reverse logistics operation for our Asda site in Avonmouth, supporting one of the UK’s leading supermarket brands. This operation is all about recycling and reuse and an important part of the supply chain.

You’ll be working the day shift, 7am to 7pm, on a 4 on, 4 off, basis.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re paying £10.60 per hour (Paid on a avg 42 hours pw), plus £87.23, Team Leader weekly uplift. In addition, we offer 22 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
- Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Deal with all returned products and equipment
- Support the shift manager with engaging with the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexible with hours and shift patterns
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
