We’re on the hunt for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our reverse logistics operation in Avonmouth, supporting one of the UK’s leading supermarket brands.
You’ll be working 12-hour shifts, 6 till 6 rotating days and nights. on a 4 on, 4 off basis.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,527.00 per annum, inclusive of night shift allowance. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
- Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Deal with all returned products and equipment
- Support the shift manager with engaging with the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexible with hours and shift patterns
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
