4 on 4 off or 3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off

**Salary**:£12.75 per hour

gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment business and currently looking for 6 Food production line leaders to join our client in Avonmouth immediately You’ll working as part of our Production team to help produce a range of delicious products, including sandwiches, wraps, salads and other food to go products.

Our client has year on year growth with the Food Manufacturing industry and supply big names such as NHS, Easy Jet, BA as well as many local schools. As part of the company’s growth, the warehouse is undergoing a complete refurbishment which will ensure you are working in an environment with the most update machinery and equipment, be part of an exciting growth plan and have excellent onsite facilities.

**Job Responsibilities may include but not limited**:

- Managing a team in fast paced food manufacturing environment
- Day to day management of a team, improving team performance, efficiencies and KPI’s
- Training new staff and existing team members
- Ensuring all health and safety and food safety requirements are understood and followed.

No matter what task you are doing, there is always a focus on safety, quality and hygiene to ensure our customers receive the best possible products.

**About you**
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- Results driven and motivated to lead a team to achieve targets and KPI's
- Demonstrate practical skills
- Good numeracy skills - Counting is a key part of this role
- Work under pressure and to deadlines
- Work as part of a team and also independently
