Based in Ipswich, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Training Co-ordinator who is an effective communicator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth planning, delivery, and support to our trainers and assessors within our school. The role also includes some of the marketing and advertising functions for the school such as distributing course adverts, contributing to marketing strategies and overseeing updates to the company website.

- Ability to compose letters and other documents with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Able to co-ordinate and prioritise workloads under the direction of the Training Manager.

- Awareness of Health and Safety Legislation.
- Awareness of industry specific accreditations and approvals.
- Experience of working with databases.
- Experience in updating web pages.
- Awareness of technical aspects of the training school and the rail signalling industry in general.
- Have a good understanding of Marketing and Advertising strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Develop training materials using tools like Adobe Captivate and SharePoint.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing feedback and mentoring to participants.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain training records in HRIS and Workday.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate training outcomes to management.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and analysis.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £13,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
