We’re looking for a confident and proactive Contracting Coordinator to join our busy office-based team in Kesgrave (IP5).

Reporting to the Business Development / Office Manager, this is a key role, providing office support for staff and management and responsible for the training requirements for the office and site teams.

In this key role, you'll support both office and site teams, manage training records, waste reporting, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating staff training and maintaining records
- Managing office supplies and inboxes
- Being the first point of contact for the division
- Supporting sustainability and waste reporting
- General admin support for the team

**Experience**
- Previous experience in Coordinating
- Strong accuracy, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the team
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
