**Salary**:£12 per hour

**Location**: Slough

**Type**: Part-time (Monday to Friday)

**Hours**: 10am until 2pm

Are you a highly organised and methodical individual? Do you have excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task? Do you have previous experience using Excel? If so, please read on

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Processing and communication of customer sales orders
- Managing customer and distribution invoices
- Accurate data input and inventory controls
- Producing monthly and ad hoc sales reports
- Assisting with fielding telephone calls within the office
- Building relationships and liaising with external partners

**We are looking for**:

- Previous experience using Excel
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work well both within a team and independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Positive 'can do' attitude
