We are looking for someone to join our busy and friendly sales team working 3 or 4 days per week including some Saturdays

You will be assisting with all types of customer enquiries and you'll be the front face of greeting customers through our doors.

- Unlock all buildings first thing each morning and take time to assess how the show site is presented.
- Ordering of all new orders with suppliers as a shared process with the rest of the sales team and new orders to be tracked.
- Checking order confirmations and acknowledgements are correct and reported on excel orders spreadsheet to ensure a clear understanding of what orders are outstanding.
- To print out all invoices received and pass to office manager, checking off against delivery notes and checking trade prices have been charged correctly.
- Monitor any outstanding balances and ensure balances have been collected prior to installation/delivery.
- Logistic planning of the workload for the fitting teams, alongside booking in of any remedial work quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all customers have received a customer notification via a text update as a reminder of all appointments on the office and fitting side.
- Liaise with the team each morning to discuss the work schedule and timings to ensure the customer is kept up to date on time of arrival and be notified of any delays.
- To check all completed orders have been entered on the sales ledger and reported correctly before scanning and killing off the order.
