**About The Role**:

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition on a 3-month contract to help us through a particularly busy period, you'll work closely with the team to ensure they can support key stakeholders overseeing end-to-end resourcing requirements across all roles; from talent pipelining key skills for the future, and, helping to deliver key employer brand initiatives.
- Day to day your role will involve:
- Posting adverts on various recruitment marketing sources
- Updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all vacancies are correctly logged with accurate and up-to-date information
- Administering psychometric and verbal numerical reasoning assessments for all roles
- Helping to update and maintain our ATS to ensure reporting is accurate
- Manage the Talent Acquisition Team mailbox and calendar, ensuring correspondence is responded to within maximum 48 hours and updating members of the team when required

You'll be able to show a demonstrable interest in talent acquisition. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and, be able to handle deadline pressures whilst maintaining a positive attitude and keeping high standards of working. You’ll be naturally curious and show an interest in each stage of the recruitment journey, as well as, thrive in a fast paced environment with a flexible and adaptable manner.You’ll receive a competitive basic salary plus:

- A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
- A monthly allowance that you can choose to use against some great benefits such as critical illness, private medical insurance, or, shopping vouchers and more
