Wernick Buildings are seeking a Contracts Administrator to work within their Construction Division on a full-time basis. You will be part of a small but busy team and versatility will be a key requisite for this position.

**Duties to include**
- Maintain all the Contracts records and assist on such as may be required
- Type all correspondence for Contracts Department
- Raise standard monthly valuations as directed by Contracts Managers
- Add all Variation Quotations to monthly Valuations
- Take-up references and maintain records on sub-contractors
- Take messages for Contracts Manager
- Type sub-contractor orders and variation orders
- Produce site programmes
- Maintain archive files and register
- General maintenance of Contracts files
- Take telephone calls and relay messages as required
- To issue RAMS, CPP’s etc as and when required
- Compile O & M Manuals
- Any other duties as may be agreed from time to time
