The organisation of the retail installation work from receipt of contract from the sales team to completion by the fitting crews for a double glazing company. Liasing with customers to book in installation dates and ensuring the paperwork is complete for the teams. Recording service calls from customers then liaising with the service engineer to completion. Maintaining up to date records for the Company of all activities completed by fitting/service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES TO INCLUDE:
Forwarding contracts to surveyors and maintaining log of items sent/received

Forwarding service work to service engineer and maintaining records regarding completion

Putting retail work schedule into production office for manufacture/working with production to completion dates for installation

Organising with customer an installation date

Paperwork collated from surveyor for fitting teams

General administrative duties to ensure installation/service operations are recorded

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Highly organised individual for administration records

Competent in customer service and good telephone manner for organising others

This role would ideally suit an individual that has worked within the double glazing industry and aware of the general operation of an installation department. However, all training will be given for the role and people with strong organisational skills should apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-37.5 per week

**Salary**: From £15,600.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wickford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
