I am currently looking for a Purchase Ledger and Facilities Administrator to work for a family-owned healthcare distribution and manufacturing company in South Bristol
You will receive a salary of up to £25,000
Free Parking so no worries where to park each day
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Hybrid and flexible working are possible
Main Duties
- Full purchase order processing
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Maintaining and updating financial records
- Resolving accounting queries both internally and externally
- Maintaining the accuracy of supplier details
- Reconciling delivery notes with invoices and orders
- Follow up on open Purchase Orders
- Checking and chasing supplier invoices and credits
- Set up suppliers as and when required
- Managing records and amending where necessary (missing/incorrect information)
- Check customs paperwork and duty codes (for new products)
- Manage facilities suppliers
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Impeccable accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting software (ideally NetSuite)
- Excellent Time Keeping
- Excellent numeracy skills
