**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Marketing & Creative Media Specialist to work closely with our Head of Brand and Digital. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and videography, managing our social media platforms and assisting with website content development. This is a multifaceted role with an emphasis on creativity, innovation, and growth. You will help us shape and communicate our story, ensuring that both Cunningham Gardens and Nepeta England continue to thrive in the digital landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**

Photography & Videography
- Capture and produce high-quality visual content that showcases our projects, products, and services. From garden designs and plant varieties to behind-the-scenes processes, your content will bring our story to life.

Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.). Monitor trends, create engaging posts, and grow our online presence through creative campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital and Brand to update and improve the content of our websites. Ensure that content is current, engaging, and aligned with our brand vision.

Content Creation & Strategy
- Create compelling digital content across multiple platforms that aligns with the values and goals of both businesses. Develop a content calendar, work with the team to create new ideas, and track performance metrics.

Marketing Support

Collaboration
- Work closely with various teams to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all media platforms, ensuring both brands reflect the same level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Skills & Requirements

Creativity & Innovation
- A flair for visual storytelling, with the ability to create high-quality, original content that reflects our brand identity.

Experience in Photography & Videography
- Solid experience in photography and video production, including editing and post-production.

Social Media Expertise
- A deep understanding of social media platforms and strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Marketing Knowledge

Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

Passion for Horticulture
- An interest in gardens, plants, and landscaping is a plus, as you’ll be representing two businesses deeply embedded in the horticultural world.
