**Job objective**:
We are looking for a full time Service Delivery Coordinator to specialise in key client account’s workflows, ensuring each specification is executed to the highest standard, thus securing Take 1’s deliverables as a superior output.

**Main purpose of job**:

- Accountable for processing key client bookings, ensuring a smooth client handover from Sales to Ops.
- Liaise with clients regarding ongoing jobs, issues, and feedback, in a professional and helpful manner.

**Key tasks**:

- Schedule effective timeframes to complete works and oversee all freelancers and third-party supplier deadlines, collaborating with the Production Coordinator & Assistants where required.
- Prior to releasing to the client, review (or ensure review of) all assets for delivery, and check they meet the specification.
- Resolve issues as reported by freelance transcribers and third-party suppliers across the Access Services department and other areas of Production.
- Ensure all assets, links, resources, and support material are promptly shared with the relevant recipient/s.
- Retain a good understanding of the asset management software and how it operates.
- Assist in the knowledge-share and training of fellow colleagues.
- Assist the Account Manager with the monitoring of customer work volumes and revenue data.
- Provide costings in accordance with the client’s order and billing requirements.
- Administrative tasks as required.
- Suggesting, where appropriate, improvements to ways of working, workflows and processes.

**Required skill set**:

- Knowledge of Access Services workflows and deliverables desirable.
- Outstanding client care and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Self-motivation and proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent IT skills including ability to learn new software.
- Exceptional spelling and grammar with a high attention to detail.

**Information**:

- Working Monday - Friday, 9-5.30pm
- Option of remote working
- Salary £20,500

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
