**The Position**

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming, friendly first contact on the phone and in person, for clients, contractors and other visitors. You’ll also undertake day-to-day admin tasks, contributing to the finance and HR areas of the business. Whether it’s collating expenses receipts from the team, updating the annual leave spreadsheet, or ordering office supplies, these are all jobs that keep the business in good shape.

You’ll quickly learn about our clients and have the opportunity to gain experience in other areas as your skills develop. Knowing how to take direction is vital, but so is being able to prioritise your workload and still have time to pop the kettle on before a team meeting.

**What We're Looking For**

A personable and positive individual, ready to respond to whoever might call or walk through the door. A ‘can do’ attitude is a must, not to mention common sense, a great telephone manner, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£20,000.00 per year
