**Purpose of the role**

**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and manage detailed production plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and production capabilities.
- Release work orders and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure the timely receipt and delivery of materials.
- Monitor and address material shortages, expediting orders as necessary to support production schedules.
- Manage spares planning, ensuring timely delivery to distribution centers and minimizing downtime.
- Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess and obsolescence, while ensuring sufficient stock to meet production needs.
- Utilize ERP systems, such as SAP, to manage and track production and inventory data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, material availability, and inventory levels.
