We’re now looking for an organised, proactive and passionate **Business Support Administrator** to join our Customer Engagement team — helping us deliver world-class service to schools, learners, and our nationwide network of expert trainers.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- As a key support specialist in the team, you’ll:

- Be the go-to contact for customers, trainers, and learners needing assistance
- Manage bookings for our _Attachment & Trauma_ courses — aligning trainers and schools to hit delivery targets
- Ensure timely and professional communication, certificate distribution and invoice processing
- Support the sales team with key updates, reports, and customer insights
- Assist in department projects that improve workflow and customer experience
- Keep our CRM updated and help ensure an efficient, high-performing customer journey

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience in **sales support**, **administration**, or **customer service**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel
- Familiarity with **CRM systems** and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A passion for education and making a meaningful impact
