**Job summary**:
CPS Thames & Chiltern are delighted to advertise the role of Business Centre Administrator.
**Job description**:
To carry out a range of administrative duties to include but not limited to financial/ performance/ HR/ Equality & Diversity and Facilities/Estates data collation, dealing with orders/invoices/payments and required checks to support the Business Centre and Business Centre professionals.
To act as the first point of contact, dealing with a wide range of enquiries by correspondence and over the telephone; professionally and courteously and passing to the relevant person as and when necessary. The postholder will work collaboratively with peers across Partner Areas; sharing good practice and lessons learnt to deliver the business and to ensure resilience.
**Person specification**:
Monitor a range of work and data ensuring all relevant data such as payments are recorded and reconciled on a regular basis and as and when required.
Assist and provide support to Managers and Units, as necessary, on all matters across the Business Centre.
Adhere to the CPS standards and strategies, including the People Strategy and Dignity at Work policy.
Show sound judgement in dealing with all matters across the Business Centre from CPS colleagues and external suppliers.
Monitor the accuracy of all data received in the unit, challenging appropriately when required. Promptly identify potential problems and present suggested solutions to line manager.
