Job Title: Senior Support Team Administrator
**Salary**: £26,000 to £30,000pa depending on experience.
Contract: Permanent
Location: St Albans
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Great Microsoft Office skills
- Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Excellent grammar and written skills
- The ability to draft formal letters
- A team player, someone who can help the team when needed.
- Ability to deal with confidential situations appropriately
- Previous experience in a professional practice environment
- Previous experience of IT administration would be advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support reception as and when needed. This would be answering the phone and greeting visitors.
- To be able to book meetings and organise meeting rooms for staff, clients and events.
- To book training courses and organise attendance for meetings.
- Maintain document storage and management systems
- To be able to actively contribute to the running of the administrative support team and provide support when needed.
