**Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Secretary to support the three Directors as well as ad hoc tasks for the finance and sales team. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will ensure administrative tasks are completed thoroughlyand in a timely manner.
**THE ROLE**
- Balancing a busy workload for the three Directors
- Administrative support to Associates
- Typing letters, reports and other business documents
- Taking and distributing meeting Minutes
- Supporting the weekly operations planning sessions
- Maintaining the internal sales and audit tracking system
- Monitoring office supplies and reordering them as needed
- Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, such as printers and photocopiers
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Excellent organisational skills to ensure that the daily activities of an office run smoothly
- IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Multitasking and prioritisation of tasks to cope with the multifaceted nature of the job
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst still being a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good writing skills and a sound command of the English language
Full time position with possibility of hybrid working once probation period completed.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
