**Product Manager**

I have an amazing opportunity for an experienced **Product Manager** to join a global **automotive aftermarket manufacturing** business. As **Product Manager** your key responsibility will be to liaise with the **sales teams** and other internal departments to ensure the correct positioning, promotion, marketing and strategic placement of a portfolio of specialist parts across the UK and Europe.

This is a very interesting and fulfilling role giving you the opportunity to work with different cultures and market places so the marketing and product placement is appropriate for the target audience.

The Product Manager can either be office based, hybrid or fully remote.

**Salary Up to £45,000 plus car and excellent benefits package. (Pension, Life Assurance, Healthcare choice / Lifestyle choice, vouchers).**

**Location: Ideal base for Hybrid - Coventry,Tamworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Leicester, Birmingham, Redditch, Stratford upon Avon, Bicester, Banbury**

**Role / Person**:

- Experienced Product Manager ideally with **Automotive Aftermarket / Engineering / Manufacturing / Technical / Specialist Systems / Components**:

- As **Product Manager** you will analyse competitor pricing to create and propose appropriate pricing to management.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, market price developments and competitors and pro-actively propose initiatives and alternatives.
- Support sales actions in accordance with Average Selling Price. (ASP)
- Prepare input and conduct demand forecasting, availability planning & stock management for the designated area working closely with the local Sales team.
- Plan and coordinate the sharing of product information in cooperation with Local Marketing and Communication teams.
- Propose range additions for designated area to HQ Product Management.
- Monitor profitability development by product line and propose profit enhancement measures if needed.
- Cooperate closely with the Sales team and customers in expanding business.
- Create product information (NPI, articles, press releases, printed material etc.) and presentations for customers in support of marketing plans.
- Provide product consultancy to customers.
