The RFP Analyst will join a current team of two in retaining and adding to the firm’s client base, assisting in raising assets by developing, maintaining and distributing clear, accurate and persuasive product information to be used in the Asset Managementfirm’s formal business proposals.

The Client Services and RFP Analyst will be responsible for RFP/DDQ production including new business RFPs, on-going regular client DDQs and ad-hoc DDQs (all asset classes and an increasing number of ESG related questionnaires)

The Client Services and RFP Analyst will ensure that answers in RFPs are accurate and represent the firm’s investment case in the best light at all times, strongly highlighting the firm’s competitive advantages and product s in RFP’s

Maintain qualitative and quantitive entries for external consultant databases (eVestment, Cambridge Associates, Mercer etc ).

The Client Services and RFP Analyst will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and on-going enhancement of the RFP database of responses (Qvidian).

The Client Services and RFP Analyst will keep abreast of changes within the firm, products and industry, ensuring such changes are reflected in RFPs and the RFP database with the new information effectively communicated to the sales and marketing team.

The Client Services and RFP Analyst will demonstrate strong writing ability and product knowledge to draft any new content required. Strong writing skill set is essential.

The Client Services and RFP Analyst will be responsible for data production to include high quality quantitative data such as portfolio performance, holdings, characteristics and AuM for DDQs, RFPs and ad hoc requests for new business and existing clients

The Client Services and RFP Analyst will provide Client Service support, working within the sales/marketing team to update and produce marketing materials for existing and potential clients across the firm’s product line-up and other ad hoc assistance asrequired.

1-3 years’ experience within the Asset Management Industry with a keen interest in global economics and finance. RFP experience would be highly beneficial, however a real interest to work within an RFP focussed role would also be suffice.

Whilst this role is a full time position, as an alternative an experienced RFP Writer who may want to consider a part time role may also be considered for this.
