Responsibilities:

Content Management:

Create, update, review, and maintain content in the Loopio content management system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

Ensure all content is optimized for AI-driven drafting and retrieval processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Take a primary role in coordinating responses to RFPs and DDQs when input in required from across the business.

Establish effective working relationships with other team members globally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts across the business.

In a collaborative setting, coordinate and secure signoffs for content reviews and updates from key stakeholders.

AI Integration:

With a mindset geared towards future AI adoption, spearhead the development of content with AI and LLMs in mind, ensuring it is structured and tagged for seamless AI utilization.

Drive AI enabled change within the RFP team; collaborate with the team to explore and implement AI-driven solutions for drafting RFP and DDQ responses.

Use external networks, conferences, etc to keep the team up to date about relevant advancements in AI and LLMs, continually identifying opportunities to enhance team workflows and content quality.

About you:

Minimum 18-24m experience in writing RFPs or content management, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.

Proficiency in using content management systems (experience with Loopio is an advantage).

Basic understanding of AI and LLMs, with a willingness to deepen expertise in these areas.

Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
