After eight successful years in business the Rafferty team is expanding once more and we are looking for good recruiters, who love the industry as much as we do.

Lets not forget our clients We do so much more than place top talent within their organisations, we consult and add value through sharing knowledge, taking on board their in house processes and working on site as an extension of their team when needed.

This year we would like to expand our service offering, so don't worry if you aren't a Commercial or AV recruiter, we are keen to hear from IT, Technical and Engineering Consultants too.

**DOING THINGS DIFFERENTLY**:
Our ideal Consultant will be approachable, friendly, trustworthy and exceptionally well organised. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years steady recruitment experience with the same employer and had exposure to both permanent and temporary employment.

We really aren't into micro management, so you will need to have the ability to work independently. You won't be working to targets here at Rafferty Resourcing, simply personal financial goals and our aim is to help you achieve them.

Our office isn't corporate, so if you are expecting state of the art technology, vending machines and board rooms you might be disappointed. Instead you'll find a very 'pink' office, a questionable taste in music, some seriously strong coffee beans and the occasional visit from four naughty Dachshunds.

Working in Recruitment is tough, fact - but it doesn't need to be. With good organision and communication skills you can have a fantastic work life balance.

Our Head Office is based on the Wellington Park development in Waterlooville and you'll attend meetings here from time to time. On a day to day basis you will have hybrid working options, allowing you to join your colleagues at our new co working space or to work from home if your diary allows.
